Mr. Moore has extensive experience representing corporations, trade associations, and

nonprofit organizations before the New Mexico Legislature and the state’s regulatory bodies in a wide variety of practice areas.  He has devoted his career to understanding New Mexico government, and he has represented regional and national clients on a wide range of issues.  He is widely respected for his expertise and integrity and for his ability to achieve results for his clients.  His education and training as a lawyer, in addition to his unique experiences in practicing law and representing clients before regulatory bodies and in litigation, has enhanced his ability to identify and analyze the potential impacts of proposed rules and legislation.  Further, his experience, training, and education has refined his communication skills and his ability to represent his clients’ interests professionally and expertly before the New Mexico Legislature.
